Beginning Tumbling

This class covers rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, walkovers, up through backhandsprings and more.  The perfect first class for basic tumbling skills.  No beams, bars or vaulting here, just tumbling on the floor, trampoline and tumble track.

Backhandspring Class

This is where you learn to do the ever-so-important backhandspring. We break down the skill into parts and you'll do drills and more drills until you have every part of the handspring, then you'll be amazed at how quickly you can put them together into the actual skill.  Come to Arcadia to learn back handsprings the right way, the safe way.    Hundreds of kids have had success getting this skill through our back handspring class, come be one of 'em!

Intermediate Tumbling

Requires that you can do a roundoff-backhandspring by yourself first so we can teach you to connect it to other skills in this class!  Back tucks, front tumbling and aerials are taught here, too!  Please enroll in the backhandspring class if you do not have a roundoff back handspring on the floor without a spot.  This class is about learning to FLIP!

Advanced Tumbling

Flipping, flipping and more!  You need a roundoff-backhandspring back tuck to be able to join this class, and you will learn fast and fun tumbling passes.  Taught by our competitive team tumbling coaches, you get the best we have to offer in our tumbling classes!

Trampoline and Tumbling (not running 2020-2021fall season)

Love to jump?  Students will learn trampoline safety, individual skills, and combinations. Bouncing skills are great for training core strength, kinesthetic awareness and spatial discipline as they get older. This is a great starter class for basic tumbling and beginner trampoline skills and connections.
